A great product! I took one capsule three times daily during a period of laziness. This helped me manage my irritable bowel syndrome effectively, and my cholesterol levels are normal. I will continue using this oil as a healthy addition to my diet, as I doubt it will raise my cholesterol, unlike butter and shop-bought pastries that often contain margarine.
